Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of Buttease's delivery date. In response to your refund request, Buttease will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping and handling costs and fees related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable). 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buttease does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. If you have questions about the chargeback status, you are responsible for contacting your credit card company.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We don't offer product exchanges generally. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We accept requests for refunds only in case of damaged products for example if the seal of the package is broken. You are requested to immediately take a picture of the damage of the product once you receive it and share it with us via email at team@buttease.co.

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
